03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one BigWin account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BigWin account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BigWin will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BigWin support immediately via live chat.

BigWin reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

BigWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion applied. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your BigWin balance, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your mobile wallet, subject to the conditions below.

  • Deposits are credited to your BigWin balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Withdrawals are processed on the same day for requests submitted during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window.
  • BigWin reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players regardless of account history.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by BigWin at any time with notice provided via the platform.
  • Deposits made using a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the BigWin account.
  • BigWin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside BigWin's control.

If a deposit does not reflect in your BigWin balance within 15 minutes of confirmation from your payment provider, contact BigWin support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before the first has been resolved.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

BigWin offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of offer.
  • Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your BigWin balance. Real money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
  • Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
  • BigWin reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
  • Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
  • Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and fishing games may have different contribution percentages. These are stated in the individual promotion terms.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at BigWin — including live casino titles, slot games, and fishing games — operate according to their published rules and return-to-player (RTP) values. BigWin does not alter game outcomes, adjust RTP values based on individual player behaviour, or interfere with the results of any game session.

  • Live casino games are streamed from certified studios with real dealers and physical equipment. Outcomes are determined by the physical result of each round and are not influenced by software.
  • Slot and fishing game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. These systems are tested and verified by independent third-party auditors.
  • In the event of a technical error during a game session — including disconnection, server interruption, or display error — BigWin will resolve the round based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the error. The game server record is the definitive record in all disputes.
  • Bets placed after a game round has concluded will be voided. BigWin is not responsible for bets placed due to player error, including incorrect bet amounts or game selections.
  • BigWin reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by collusion, software exploitation, or any other form of cheating.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at BigWin and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

  • Creating more than one BigWin account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with BigWin games or the platform in a way not intended for human players.
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live casino games such as baccarat or blackjack.
  • Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your BigWin account.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or using BigWin for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing BigWin staff or other players via any communication channel.

BigWin monitors all accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, BigWin will act without prior notice, including account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

BigWin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
  • Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player.
  • A self-exclusion request submitted by the player via the Responsible Gaming tools.
  • A legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as a self-exclusion request — any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.
